Shipping and Delivery

Our shipping policy

Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. For any issues in utilizing our services, you may contact our helpdesk.

For Indian customers, the shipping charge is

Rs 80 for all orders.

​

Due to covid restrictions, we are not able to deliver our plants and succulents out of Bangalore currently. However, other products are available for delivery pan India. Shipping will take 3-5 business days.​

Returns and Refunds

How It Works

We founded Aihikah with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!

  • No refund or returns accepted. 

  • In case of damage due to transit, we can provide replacement or refund as the case maybe. The refund, once approved, will be processed in the bank account within 10-15 days.

  • In the situation of failed payments or other payment queries, kindly mail to aihikah.business@gmail.com
